carolina ground flour

“Distinctly local flavor.” Carolina Ground milling facility, located in Asheville, North Carolina, sources grains grown in the South. Lazy Lady Bakery uses this locally-grown and ground bread flour and pastry flour, and rye flour in some of our select artisan bread loaves resulting in a delicious rich flavor that only comes from using freshly cold stone ground wheat. https://carolinaground.com/
