Hiring for Assistant Baker

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative assistant bakers to help take over and expand our wholesale program, providing baked goods to various cafes and coffee shops in the area. We expect anyone who joins our team to want to learn and grow with us, be open and reliable, not be afraid to ask questions, be communicative and a self-starter. We’re looking for someone with an open and flexible work schedule, weekend and early morning availability is a must. Long term working availability is a huge plus. Prior professional baking experience is preferred, but not totally necessary. We are willing to work with and train the right fit.

Starting salary based on experience, with opportunity for advancement.

Part-time and full-time opportunities.

General Information/Expectations: Baking shifts may occur starting as early as 4am.  Early morning availability is a must. Weekend availability and some holidays is a plus. Baking hours are actively changing as the business evolves through how we serve customers in-person/online. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 6-8 hours a shift, climb stairs with weight.

Hiring for Front-Of-House and Barista team members.

We’re looking to expand our open cafe days and we’re in need of some enthusiastic front of house people/baristas. Espresso experience is preferred but not necessary, we are willing to train the right fit. Currently we are open weekends and looking to expand to Mondays/Tuesdays. This is a small, close knit team that works directly with our bakers so open and friendly communication is necessary. Long term and flexible availability is a huge plus. We are looking for people who want to learn and grow with us!
